To set up your Paychex account, click here to self register. There is an instructional video that I recommend you watch before getting started. The system will ask for you phone number, please use your cell phone number, it is needed for text verification to log into your account. It will ask you to have an employer sheet at the beginning, but it is not required to set up your account.

The Paychex mobile app can be downloaded here.

Please write down your user name, password and security questions for Paychex after you set up your account.

With the Paychex system, we will be able to improve our onboarding process as well as many Human Resources functions. More information on this will be coming soon.

When you access your account for the first time, please take a moment to ensure all your information is correct. Specifically, please verify your address, phone number and email address. You are able to update any of this information yourself, as well as your direct deposit information.
