Employee Referral Form
This form must be completed and submitted before a candidate applies whether via harrisclips.com, greatclips.com, Indeed or any other recruiting platform.
Referral bonuses are $250 (unless otherwise stated). $100 is paid at 30 days of employment, $150 is paid at 90 days of employment. If employment is terminated for any reason prior to the bonus being paid, it will be void.
Referrals are good for 30 days. If an employee is referred and a General Manager is unable to make contact with the candidate within 30 days, you must complete another referral form. This does not mean that they must be hired within that time frame, but we must be able to make contact and begin the process within 30 days of referral.
