Full Week PTO Incentive:Employees choosing to use one full week of PTO, defined as 36-40 hours between Saturday and Friday, are eligible to receive an additional $100 incentive. – Full–time Fully Flexible- Full-time RestrictedCompany paysAfter one year of continuous service.  Due to customer needs, the best months to take PTO are January, February, July, September and October.  PTO during blackout dates is not permitted.When approving PTO, GM will inform the manager if the employee is eligible for the extra incentive. Stylist Assistance Fund Any employee experiencing significant loss or damage to a property due to federally-declared disasters in which FEMA becomes involved.Great Clips and our company donate money into a national fund.May submit an application immediately if impacted by FEMA declared disasters.  Must submit an application to Great Clips corporate and the committee determines if application is approved and amount of funds awarded. Alex Harris330-554-6128

NOTE: If an employee should move from one status to another the benefit will end.  For example, if someone is full-time fully flexible and schedule flexibility changes, hours worked falls below the standard for full-time fully flexible, etc., then the benefit for full-time fully flexible will end and will revert to the benefits offered in the qualifying level.  Benefits being offered may change at any time.
