Full Week PTO Incentive:Employees choosing to use one full week of PTO, defined as 36-40 hours between Saturday and Friday, are eligible to receive an additional $100 incentive. | – Full–time Fully Flexible- Full-time Restricted | Company pays | After one year of continuous service. Due to customer needs, the best months to take PTO are January, February, July, September and October. NOTE: If an employee should move from one status to another the benefit will end. For example, if someone is full-time fully flexible and schedule flexibility changes, hours worked falls below the standard for full-time fully flexible, etc., then the benefit for full-time fully flexible will end and will revert to the benefits offered in the qualifying level. Benefits being offered may change at any time.
