The following incentives are available to all employees:

    • Product Bonus (automatically calculated by Styleware)
      • Calculated based on a percentage of your total sales
      • Product percentage between 6% - 8%, earn 10% commission
      • 8% and higher earn 20% commission
        • Example: If Pauly has $95 in service sales +$5 product sales = $100 total sales, her product pay would be $0 because she was only at 5% product sales, earnings 0% commission
        • If she had $93 in service sales + $7 in product sales = $100 in total sales, her product pay would be $0.70 because she had 7% in product sales, earning 10% commission
        • If she had $90 in service sales + $10 in product sales = $100 in total sales, her pay would be $2 because she had 10% in product sales, earnings 20% commission
    • Productivity Bonus (automatically calculated by Styleware)
      • Because productivity incentives vary based on customer count and price point, see the worksheet specific to your salon.
      • Once productivity is reached, stylists receive 25%
    • Closing Pay (Closing Bank Run)
      • Each evening, one person will hit closing upon clocking out, this incentive will compensate the employee for their time while taking the deposit to the bank
      • Extra 15 minutes pay
    • Scorecard Bonus (calculated by Alex each month, paid on the first payroll of the month)
      • Earn by reaching Main Sail Excellence or Growth status in at least 4/6 categories including:
        • New Customer Returns – Growth above 25%, Excellence over 26% (Salons over 2 years)
        • Repeat Customer Returns – Growth above 76%, Excellence of 77% (Salons over 2 years)
        • Stnd Product Sales – above 6%
        • Haircut Times – between 11 and 16 minutes
        • Average Minutes Between Customers – below 2.5 minutes
        • Customer Count under 300: Payroll Percentage – below 40%, if salon Customer Count is 300-399, Cuts per hour greater than 2.6, if Salon Customer Count is greater than 400, CPH greater than 2.7
      • Under 36 hours/week: Reach 4/6 - $75, Reach ⅚ - $150, Reach 6/6 - $250
      • Over 36 hours/week: Reach 4/6 - $100, Reach ⅚ - $175, Reach 6/6 - $300
  • Managers, Assistant Managers and salons less than 2 years metrics vary)
    • Working a 6th day in a week in the same salon due to business need (Six Day Incentive)
      • Extra $0.25/hour for every hour worked that week (must be greater than 38 hours)
    • Split Shift (Split Shift) (must be due to business need)
      • Extra $1 per hour pay
    • Call in on Day Off (Call in on Day Off)
      • extra $1 per hour for coming in to cover when someone called off
    • Helping out in another salon due to business need
      • Receive $1 EXTRA per hour PLUS: (travel distance is calculated from home salon)
        • Travel 1 – $10 - 15 miles or less - $15 (TRAV LESS THAN 15 MI)
        • Travel 2 – $15 - 15-25 miles - $20 (TRAV 15.1 TO 25 MI)
        • Travel 3 – $20 -  25 - 37 miles (TRAV 25.1 TO 37 MI)
        • Travel 4 - 37.1 or more – Will vary based on travel distance
