ZAMP and Florida Clips each offer a 401(k) retirement plan through John Hancock. Here is how to sign up. It takes about 10 minutes online.
Step 1: Find your company
Each company has its own plan with its own enrollment numbers, so start by finding yours. Your company name is also shown on your pay stub in Paylocity.
Ohio salons
ZAMP Enterprises, Inc.
Contract number: 155033
Enrollment access number: 014872
Florida salons
Florida Clips, Inc.
Contract number: 155034
Enrollment access number: 148265
Use the numbers for your company. If you enter the other company’s numbers, you’ll be enrolled in the wrong plan.
Step 2: Register with John Hancock
- Go to myplan.johnhancock.com, or download John Hancock’s retirement app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Create your account.
Step 3: Enroll in the plan
- After you register, John Hancock prompts you to enroll in the plan.
- When it asks, enter your company’s contract number and enrollment access number from Step 1.
- Choose how much to save from each paycheck. You can make pre-tax contributions, Roth (after-tax) contributions, or both. If you’re 50 or older, you can also make catch-up contributions.
- Your contributions come out of your paycheck automatically.
When does it start? Your enrollment is processed at the beginning of the month after John Hancock receives it. For example, if you enroll on March 12, your deductions start in April.

About plan documents: This page only explains how to enroll. Plan documents, including the Summary Plan Description, annual notices, fee disclosures and plan amendments, are not posted here. As our policy requires, they are sent directly to plan participants. If anything on this page differs from the official plan documents, the plan documents govern.
